Friday’s Feast #17
Spinach and Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup of red berries
200ml of a plant based ‘milk’ (we used almond ‘milk’)
1 handful of spinach
1 or 2 tbsp of almond butter

Method
Peel and slice a banana and then freeze it overnight. When the time comes, wash the spinach, the berries and don’t forget to trim the stems of the strawberries.



Place all the ingredients into a blender and add the milk and the almond butter. Blend until smooth.
