O Apartamento invites Rui Martins, awarded Best Chef 2016 and currently chef of Porto’s best steak house, RIB – Beef & Wine, to cook a whole tasting menu dedicated to beef. The menu will travel through the several pieces of the animal, specially the ones forgotten by chefs and ignored by butchers. At this special dinner Rui will prove that there’s more cow beyond the loin.
