What is Phoi-Cavalo?
Inspired by Vietnamese culinary blended with traditional Portuguese cuisine, Phoi-Cavalo is a street food pop-up concept created by Chef Hugo Brito from restaurant Boi-Cavalo for Lisbon Architecture Triennale’s cafeteria.
On the list of Vietnamese street food products developed by Hugo, you can find, for now, three phos and a banh mi, a delicious sandwich with ten (yes, t-e-n!) ingredients.

Next Thursday, October 20th, these delicacies will be presented and tasted at O Apartamento. Unfortunately this is a private event but if you’re curious about Phoi-Cavalo, stop by Lisbon Architecture Triennale headquarters until December 11th.
