3/4 cup Oatmeal flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Ground flax
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1/2 to 1 cup Mini chocolate chips (60-120g)
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 Cauliflower (grated)
1/2 cup Almond milk
2 tbsp Coconut oil
Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the
wet ingredients to the grated cauliflower in a food processor and mix thoroughly
till there are no lumps left.
Pour the cauliflower mixture into the dry ingredients and combine well. Let it
cook for 30 minutes in a properly greased pan.
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
some chocolate chips
Prepare the frosting while the cake cools down after cooked. The peanut butter and
chocolate frosting is very easy, just mix all te ingredients in a food processor
till you get a thick frosting to spread over the cake.
